The 2025 International Convention will be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States! The International Convention takes place August 20–23, 2025, and we ask that you please confirm your attendance through our registration system.

Registration Options

Convention Registration: $435 USD

Helping Hand volunteers will receive a discounted registration rate of $435 USD, which includes events from Wednesday afternoon through Saturday evening, including all education events, the World Championship of Public Speaking® and the President’s Inauguration.

Smedley's History on Wheels Tour: $65 USD

Sunday, August 17

Step aboard on a fully guided historical experience as you tour Philadelphia's rich historical landmarks combined with a special tribute to the Ralph C. Smedley Memorial Fund®. This unique, non-stop bus tour offers participants an opportunity to discover both local history and the legacy of an important figure in communication and leadership, Ralph C. Smedley. The ticket price includes a donation to the Smedley Fund, round-trip transportation on the Smedley's History on Wheels tour, a guided narration of Philadelphia's iconic landmarks, and a comfortable, relaxed experience as you explore the city's history from the comfort of your seat.

Toastmasters Lunches: $175 USD

Thursday, August 21-Saturday, August 23

Save time and connect with other Toastmasters on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during optional lunches. Please review the daily menus here. We are unable to provide special dietary meals. The ticket price includes lunch for three days. Individual tickets are not available for Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

Note: Restaurants and quick-service options are limited on-property and you may experience extended wait times during the high-volume lunch period.

Smedley Fund Sunrise Serenity Stretch: $40 USD

Saturday, August 23

Start your day with a peaceful and rejuvenating experience as you and your peers are led through gentle stretches and mindful breathing to set a positive tone for the rest of your day. This calming session is designed to awaken your body and mind and accessible to all fitness levels. You will also receive a commemorative t-shirt. One t-shirt per registration; no exchanges or refunds.

President's Celebration (Dinner and Dancing): VIP Seating—$195 USD or Standard Seating—$165 USD

Saturday, August 23

Join in the festivities of this celebratory event to welcome incoming International President Aletta Rochat. This is a formal event that includes a plated dinner and a cash bar. Please review the menu here.
