A. The general attire for convention events is business casual. We want you to be comfortable in your own clothing, especially your shoes! We will provide a custom convention vest to wear over your own clothes while you are volunteering. This will help attendees to easily identify you as someone who can help them and it has pockets for storing personal items!
A. The price of registration DOES NOT include any meals or the President's Celebration. However, you can purchase a separate ticket for the Networking Lunches and a separate ticket for the President's Celebration which includes dinner.
A. No, we are unable to reimburse for parking expenses.
A. Yes; in order to volunteer at the convention, you will need to purchase the discounted Helping Hands registration package.
A. Cancellation requests for in-person and online convention registration must be submitted no later than July 16, 2025, at 11:59 pm Mountain Daylight Time/Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) -6. Cancellations will not be accepted after this date.
All in-person cancellations will be subject to a $25 USD administrative fee. Please submit your special event ticket and registration cancellation requests by clicking here or emailing conventionregistration@toastmasters.org.
