ABOUT
DEVCON

DevCon is a regional conference centered on professional development for college freshmen and sophomores from public and private historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). Attendees immerse themselves in professional and leadership training, engage in hands-on workshops, gain insights into business essentials and enjoy direct access to TMCF’s esteemed corporate partners and opportunities.
During the three-and-a-half-day conference, TMCF identifies a pool of top-tier early-talent students who can change the current corporate, governmental and technical landscape while advancing company capabilities.

WHY
ATTEND?

DevCon is a dynamic conference that features prominent business leaders guiding students through a comprehensive curriculum covering interview preparation, resume best practices and defining one’s professional brand.

To be in a room full of young, Black professionals and the future of leadership is so inspiring. Networking with industry professionals puts me in a position to learn about things like how to cultivate my career, how to present myself in corporate America and how to navigate opportunities I may not have had before.
