Conference attendees who wish to stay before and/or after the HUG conference dates, will be available first-come, first serve. An extension of your stay is in addition to your HUG conference fees; any charges you incur will be your responsibility upon checkout. Meals and excursions will also be your responsibility; please consult concierge services for assistance. Hotel extended stay costs (room, resort fees, etc.) are due at the time of booking.

Getting There 

Dallas/Ft. Worth airport: 20 minutes
Dallas Love Field airport: 30 minutes 

If you drive to the hotel, you will be responsible for parking costs. Live! by Loews offers self-parking at a daily rate for $29, or valet parking at a daily rate of $39.
