Registration Information

The HUG Conference is an inclusive registration package - your entire conference experience is covered.

Attend the annual Hughes User Group (HUG) conference, May 5-7, 2025 at the LIVE! By Loews Hotel.

FULL CONFERENCE PROGRAM $2,000

All general, workshop, and roundtable sessions, including support materials
Three (3) nights hotel stay (room and tax)
All conference meals and networking social events
Your selection of one networking outing

The conference fee is due in full at the time of registration and does not include: guest fees, extended pre/post nights, incidentals, or gratuities. Our concierge team is available and happy to assist you throughout the event. Be sure to visit the HUG Lounge and let us know how we can help.

Bring a Guest

GUEST PROGRAM $300

Bring a guest with you to share the HUG experience.
(age 18 or older)

Guest package includes:

Double occupancy
(share accommodations with primary registered attendee)
All conference meals and networking social events
Your choice of one networking outing on Tuesday (5/6)
HUG event staff to assist with your trip

Available only with a registered HUG Conference attendee.

Extend Your Stay

ARRIVE EARLY / STAY LONGER

Enjoy a special rate for HUG Conference attendees who wish to stay before and/or after the event (checking in before Monday and checking out after Thursday). Stay at the LIVE! by Loews Hotel for up to three (3) nights before and/or after the HUG Conference dates of May 5-7, 2025, at the conference rate of $269+ for single occupancy (or double occupancy with guest package).

The option to extend is first-come, first-served, and based on hotel availability. An extension of your stay is in addition to your HUG Conference fees. Any charges you incur will be your responsibility upon checkout.

Meals and excursions will also be your responsibility. Please consult concierge services for assistance. Hotel extended stay costs (room, resort fees, etc.) are due at the time of booking.

Optional Activity

Top Golf – May 5th, 11:00 AM – 3:30 pm
FREE with your HUG Conference Registration. ($50 for non-HUG members) Spend an afternoon with your peers at Top Golf.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by April 1, 2025: 100% Refund
Cancel April 2-19, 2025: 50% Refund
Cancel after April 20, 2025: No Refund
