Are the same sponsorship opportunities going to be available at the Wynn Las Vegas?

I've already registered and chosen a booth from the previous floorplan. What do I need to do now?

We have matched the new floorplan as close to the original as possible. Your booth has been placed based on your original location. You will receive an updated booth confirmation email with all updated event information. You will be able to view the updated floorplan by going to the Expo tab on the convention website CLICK HERE. If you would like to move your booth location, please email registration@niada.com or call 1-800-682-3837 for further assistance.

I am an Exhibitor and now unable to attend the Convention & Expo due to the rescheduling. Am I eligible for a refund?

Cancellations on or prior to Friday, July 10, 2020, are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Please see below FAQs to review the refund policy. If you are an Exhibitor inquiring about cancellation, please email: chase@niada.com and troy@niada.com

I've already registered for the 2020 NIADA | NABD Convention & Expo. Do I need to register again now that the venue has changed?

No. You do not need to register again. Your same confirmation email for your attendee or booth registration still applies to the new location and date of the Convention & Expo. All confirmed registered attendees and exhibitors will receive another copy of their email confirmation with updated event information.

Some of my booth attendees are no longer able to attend the new event dates. How do I edit my attendee info to reflect the new attendees?

Use the Modify Registration link along with the reference number you received in your confirmation email. Click the link and enter your reference number and email address to log into your booking. Once you reach the Additional Attendees page, you will have the opportunity to edit your attendee info. If you need to add more attendees or need any other assistance, please email us at registration@niada.com

When do I need to have my materials in to Freeman to ship to Convention?

Freeman will begin accepting materials August 21, 2020. The deadline to have all materials shipped to Freeman is September 15, 2020. Please review Exhibitor Kit for further details.

Where do I now order booth services such as A/V, Internet, Lead Retrieval, etc.?

Will NIADA still hold the NABD BHPH Subprime Conference and the National Policy Conference this year?

With the postponement of our NIADA | NABD Convention & Expo, we've made the decision to combine the annual Convention & Expo with the annual NABD Buy Here, Pay Here Subprime Conference. The 2020 National Policy Conference will resume as planned in September 2021.

I already booked my hotel at the MGM Grand previously. Do I need to cancel my room reservation?

No. Unless you have already done so yourself, all hotel reservations made under the NIADA Attendee or Exhibitor block will be cancelled by the MGM Grand Las Vegas.

Will I be refunded by MGM Grand for any reservation charges made to my credit card?

All room reservations have been cancelled and one-night deposits have been refunded back to the credit card used to secure your original reservation. Should you need further financial details or receipt from the MGM Grand Las Vegas, please contact their Corporate Contact Center at 855-788-6775.

Will my credit card be charged upon or prior to check-in at the Wynn Las Vegas?

Individual Credit Card Authorization for Incidentals - The Resort requires a pre-authorization of $150.00 for each night’s stay to cover incidentals. This pre-authorization will take place upon check-in (i.e. if an attendee is staying three (3) nights, the attendee’s card will be pre-authorized for $450.00 when the attendee checks in). Should the attendee not provide a credit card, the Resort will require a cash deposit of $300.00 per night for incidentals. Such cash deposit will be collected at the time of check-in (i.e. if an attendee is staying three (3) nights, the attendee will be required to put down a $900.00 cash deposit). Please note that if the attendee does utilize a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from the attendee’s bank account. The funds will be automatically withdrawn upon check-in.

I need to book a block of 10+ rooms. What do I need to do?

Please email registration@niada.com with the check-in & check-out dates, along with the number of rooms needed each night. For groups of 10 or more rooms per night, NIADA requires a signed Sub-Block Agreement, which NIADA will provide to you.

Do I need to book my own room reservation at the Wynn Las Vegas?

Yes. Reservations from the MGM Grand will not transfer over to The Wynn Las Vegas. To book a room at The Wynn Las Vegas, please CLICK HERE.

Does the Wynn Las Vegas also require a one-night deposit upon making the reservation?

It is the attendee’s responsibility to submit a credit card number or a deposit equal to one (1) night’s room/suite rate plus tax as a guarantee at the time the reservation is made. If a deposit is made with anything other than a credit card, the deposit must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the reservation is made. All credit cards utilized for deposit purposes will be charged when the deposit is made. Refunds will be issued on individual attendee’s reservations cancelled up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

What is the NIADA | NABD Convention & Expo?

The NIADA | NABD Convention & Expo will provide you with the tools and connections needed to succeed within the continuously evolving used vehicle industry.  You’ll have networking opportunities with many industry leaders, access to quality dealer educational sessions led by industry experts and will be able to connect with many vendors offering a variety of beneficial products and services.

How much does it cost to register an attendee for the event? 

Early Bird rates are available until August 17th, 2020. Thereafter, all attendees must register at the Standard rate.


How many attendees can I register with my booth?

10 x 10 booth comes with 2 registrations - $3,500

10 x 20 booth comes with 3 registrations - $7,000

10 x 30 booth comes with 4 registrations - $10,500

20 x 20 booths come with 4 registrations - $14,000

20 x 30 booths come with 6 registrations - $21,000


I'm having problems registering, what should I do?

I am no longer able to attend the event. How do I request a refund?

How do I book a room at the Wynn Las Vegas at our group rate?

I received a call from someone claiming the hotel is almost sold out. Should I book through them?

No! You should only book directly with the Wynn Las Vegas through the website link on our Hotel page or by calling the hotel directly.

What is the refund policy?

Exhibitors: Booth cancellation requests received on or before July 10th, 2020, will be eligible for a refund, subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Requests received after July 10th, 2020, will not be eligible for a refund. All booth cancellation requests must be received via email at registration@niada.com

 

How can I receive updates about the event?

1. You can subscribe to emails by clicking HERE. Once you’re directed to the webpage, complete required information and check the ‘NIADA | NABD Convention & Events’ checkbox before you click the submit button.

2. Text "EVENTS" to 95000 to subscribe to our push notifications and receive updated information about NIADA | NABD events.

3. Two weeks prior to the event, download the NIADA | NABD 2020 Convention app by visiting your mobile app store and searching for “NIADA”. Once you download the app, there will be a list of events that pull up. Select the ‘2020 NIADA | NABD Convention & Expo’.

4. You can always visit the website at www.niadaconvention.com to view the most updated information on the event page.

 

My registration timed out. How do I log back in to complete the process?

Call 1-800-682-3837 to get assistance completing a registration that timed out.
