All conference sessions will take place at the Hyatt Regency Seattle and IWF has negotiated a special Room Rate of $349.00 USD++ Single or Double Occupancy on a Room Only Basis. Rates depend on single or double occupancy. Your link to book your room in the IWF block will be included in your confirmation email. Please be sure to use this special link to book.

Cut-off for Reservations is Monday, April 21, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET.

Individual Room Reservation Cancellation Policy is no penalty for cancellations 72 hours prior to check-in. There will be a one-night penalty for cancellations after 72 hours prior to check-in.

Please do not use a third party provider (ex: Booking.com) IWF cannot guarantee the same amenities as those who book in the IWF block.

Parking: Although there are no valet parking services, the hotel offers Self-Parking. Overnight parking services for hotel guests are $48 USD/day.  Day parking services for non-hotel guests are $53 USD/day. 
 

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA): Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is just 15 miles away.  By Taxi, Uber or Lyft the ride is approximately 25 minutes, but please consider it can also take up to 45 minutes in heavy traffic conditions.

The hotel does not have complimentary shuttles to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, please consider the options below. 
 

Taxi: Taxis from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to the Hyatt Regency Seattle are metered and tend to run between $60-$80.
 

Rideshare: Rideshare is based on pricing at the time of arrival and tends to vary from $50-$70.
 

Link Light Rail: To/from the airport and our hotel, the Westlake Station is just two blocks from the hotel for the closest Link Light Rail transport with the airport.  The rail journey takes an average of 45 minutes, and walking about 6 minutes.
