Suitcasing Policy
Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibition or in other public spaces by non-exhibiting companies, including another company's booth or a hotel lobby or other public areas. It is WCC Show Management's objective to do everything legally possible to protect our Exhibitors from suitcasing.
Cancellation Policy
Conference cancellations must be submitted in writing to WCC staff and are subject to a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be given after March 16, 2025.
The Luminaria Project
The Luminaria Project strives to leave a legacy on each of the places hosting the World Candle Congress (WCC) by offering the strength and generosity that radiates from the international candle community. As part of this year’s initiative to make a lasting difference, we are amplifying our efforts in order to collect as many donations as possible, individually and by companies, all united for this philanthropic cause.
A ceremony to present donations and honor the organization chosen will be held Thursday, May 8. This year, $10 of each World Candle Congress registration will go towards supporting the children. Additional individual and voluntarily donations from the public and community are welcomed and greatly appreciated. You may make a donation when you register online for the conference.
