Hotel Reservation cutoff:  Monday, January 27, 2025

Reservations for all guests must be received on or before the cutoff date. After this date, the special rate may not be available and reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis at the discretion of the hotel.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

Cancellation policy : If cancellation is 8 days prior to arrival, no penalty. If less than 7 days, one night of room and tax will be charged by the hotel. If 24 hours prior to arrival, full payment is due.
