Sponsorship Opportunities

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the event be in-person or virtual?

The event will be a live, in-person conference hosted in Scottsdale, Arizona. Currently, there is no plan to have a virtual component to the event.

By being a sponsor, does that mean I have already registered to attend?

No, you have only reserved your sponsorship package. In the coming months, the MS-ISAC will provide all sponsors with a registration link to book sponsorship passes and discounted hotel room block information.

Since I am a sponsor, can we register for additional expo passes?

Yes. Each sponsor package offers a specific number of expo passes. You may purchase additional expo passes that will cover the cost of meals and receptions as well as administrative fees. Due to space limitations at the event venue, we are limited to a maximum number of expo passes for each sponsor.

If I am a sponsor, what are my exhibit space options?

Tabletop exhibit space options are dependent on the sponsorship opportunity you select.

When do we pay?

Each sponsor will be invoiced before the 2025 ISAC Annual Meeting and is required to remit payment in full before March 1, 2025. Payments will be made directly to Center for Internet Security.

Can I speak if I don't want to be a sponsor?

We have a limited number of speaking opportunities available in our program schedule and are therefore limiting opportunities for submitting session proposals to our contracted sponsors.

When can I break down our booth?

Following the morning networking break on Wednesday, June 25 at 10 am, sponsors may begin breaking down their booths. Please plan travel accordingly.

Can sponsors attend sessions?

Other than sessions designated 'members-only' or 'Executive/Board Meetings,' sponsors may attend any scheduled session throughout the duration of the conference. This includes keynote/plenary sessions, breakout sessions, and networking events.
