Join us for an enriching experience featuring insightful conversations and sessions aimed at exploring initiatives that profoundly impact and shape the lives of all who work in thearts and all that is possible when we center art, creativity, imagination, and inspiration as integral to society.

The 3rd annual CA Arts & Culture Summit's theme is dedicated to the vital role of arts and culture in promoting Health, Healing, and Hope within our communities. This summit is a confluence of artists, cultural workers, advocates, and policymakers all united by a shared vision to connect and relate, guiding us into a space of belonging in our community practices. We will delve into innovative policies and programs that embed these principles into advocacy work, recognizing artists as essential "second responders" who facilitate community wellness and recovery.

The full schedule of speakers and session topics will be announced in January, stay tuned for complete details. The day will include conversations on: Health, Healing, Hope: Artists & Culture Bearers as Healers; Protecting Artists From Harm in the California Arts Community; The Why & The What of Arts Advocacy; Funder & Funding Strategies; How Art and Collaboration Drive Environmental Resilience in Cities; Culture Bearers: The Taproots of Health and Wellbeing with Alliance for California Traditional Arts and that’s just a start. In addition to keynote speakers, panels and sessions we will also be offering Learning at Lunch opportunities with a variety of lively topics and presentations.

Due to the incredible response we had during the first two years we have moved to a larger venue and we are excited that our 2025 Summit will be located at the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium and the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center.

Who should attend?

The Summit will bring together arts advocates, cultural policy thought leaders, public and private arts funders, artists, creatives, educators, culture bearers, arts administrators,  teaching artists, students, public officials, and creative industry representatives from across the state.

Sponsor a Scholarship

In moments like these, when the fabric of our society is tested by numerous challenges, the necessity for spaces that promote healing and hope becomes ever clearer. This year's CA Arts & Culture Summit is an urgent call to action for all of us who believe in the restorative power of the arts.

The 2025 Arts & Culture Summit comes at a pivotal time. As communities across our state and beyond face health crises, social unrest, and environmental disasters, there is a profound need for healing. The arts provide a unique conduit for recovery and resilience, offering solace and a path forward. Our summit is dedicated to harnessing this potential and exploring how creativity can mend our broken narratives and weave stronger communal ties.

Enable Access, Foster Diversity: Your contributions to our scholarship fund help ensure that no voice is left unheard. By supporting artists and cultural workers, especially those impacted by recent crises such as the fires in LA, you enable a richer, more inclusive dialogue at the summit. Scholarships cover crucial costs like attendance fees, travel, and accommodation, allowing those from underrepresented and affected communities to contribute their invaluable perspectives.

You can make your donation to the general scholarship fund, or designate it for scholarships for those impacted by the Los Angeles Fires.

Drive Change, Inspire Hope: Every scholarship you fund is an investment in the future of arts and culture. These scholarships not only facilitate attendance but also empower recipients by giving them access to networking opportunities, learning sessions, and collaborative platforms that might otherwise be out of reach. Your support helps cultivate the next generation of cultural leaders and innovators.
Why Sponsor?

Elevate Your Brand, Amplify Your Impact: By becoming a sponsor of the CA Arts & Culture Summit, your organization aligns with a powerful movement that addresses crucial societal issues through the lens of art and culture. Sponsorship offers your brand visibility among an engaged and diverse audience of leaders in arts, culture, and policy, enhancing your reputation as a champion of community health and wellness. Supporting also expands opportunities for the field to convene and connect.

Customized Engagement Opportunities: We understand that each sponsor has unique goals and aspirations. That’s why we offer bespoke sponsorship packages that can include speaking opportunities, branding at the event, and exclusive networking sessions. These packages ensure your organization’s presence is prominently featured, maximizing your impact and connection with this vibrant community. For more information, please reach out to our Director of Programs, NeFesha Yisra'el, nefesha@caforthearts.org.

This summit is more than just an event; it is a critical intervention at a time when healing and hope are needed most. Your support makes it possible for us to continue this essential work, building a healthier, more hopeful future through the transformative power of the arts.

Join us in making a difference. Together, we can heal, we can unite, and we can inspire.

Thank you for your belief in the power of art and community.
