XCARET INCLUDED ACTIVITIES
Your "all-fun Inclusive" plan offers UNLIMITED Access to all Xcaret Experiences Parks and Tours: Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xenses, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xoximilco, Tulum- Xel-Ha, and Xenotes, including food, according to each plan in each park and tour. Complimentary, shared transportation is included as well. Tours are booked on a first come first serve basis. The number of people per park per day will be subject to capacity and availability.
Some parks and activities do require bookings in advance. Please notice that if you no-show for an activity that you book in advance, there will be a charge of $25.00 USD per person per activity to your room portfolio.
Certain parks, tours, and classes within the parks require reservations, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To make a reservation, you’ll need your hotel confirmation code, which will be emailed 30 days before your trip. Reservations can be made on-site at the hotel concierge desk or by emailing the concierge at hxagservice@hotelxcaret.com within 30 days before your trip. Please note, if you reserve a spot but fail to attend, a $25 no-show fee will be charged.
The coves area provides an ideal setting to explore the saltwater rivers of Xcaret Arte and Xcaret México. Both kayaking and paddleboarding are complimentary activities, but during peak season, it's important to book a day in advance at Caletas (check the map for the exact location). Guests can enjoy each activity for up to 30 minutes daily. We highly recommend this experience, as it offers a unique perspective of the resort. Please note that the river closes at 6:00 PM.

Xel-Há, the natural wonder of the Riviera Maya, is the ideal park for snorkeling, swimming in the inlet, and being surrounded by the incredible underwater life; you will also enjoy a buffet and open bar all day long.

XPLOR

Discover a park that takes you on adventures through the sky, the jungle, and below the Earth. Feel the thrill of zip-lines, an underground expedition, amphibious vehicles, and more.

XPLOR FUEGO

Nighttime is the perfect time for adventure. At Xplor Fuego exciting activities are waiting for you swimming in stalactites rivers, flying on zip-lines, and hammock splashing into a cenote.

XENSES

Enjoy two paths of activities with more than 50 fantastic scenarios, including a non-sensical town, a fast waterslide, a natural Xpá, a sensorial tour in pitch black darkness, and other unique experiences.

XOXIMILCO

Welcome to a real Mexican party, floating in a typical Gondola through canals. At this Mexican Fiesta you will eat, listen to live music, and celebrate with tequila!

TULUM XEL-HÁ

Board a comfortable panoramic bus that will take you to Tulum, one of the last pre-Columbian cities that existed. Visit the Castle, the Temple of the Wind God, the Temple of the Descending God, and the Temple of the Frescoes, among other structures at the archaeological site. Also, you will have access to Xel-Há, to enjoy the jungle and the natural wonders of the Riviera Maya.
