When and where is the 2025 Educational Forum?

The 2025 Educational Forum is being held Friday, May 30 through Sunday, June 1, 2025 at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa, located at 1000 TPC Boulevard, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, 32082-3036. All sessions and events will be held at the Sawgrass Marriott.

Who attends the Educational Forum?

Educational Forum attendees are typically WM patients, caregivers and supporters, clinicians, allied health professionals, IWMF patient advocacy, global, and industry partners.

How can I participate in the Educational Forum?

You can participate in-person or virtually.

How much does it cost to attend the Ed Forum?

 

The registration fee for in-person attendees is $250 through May 29, 2025. The rate increases to $350 onsite, May 29- June 1, 2025. There is a nominal charge of $25 for virtual attendees with an increase starting on May 29, 2025.

What is included in my registration fee?

In-person attendees will have access to all educational sessions, social events, networking, and wellness activities. In addition, all breakfasts and lunches will be provided, as well as dinner on May 30, 2025.
Virtual attendee registration fees include access to all main sessions. Access to breakout sessions remains to be determined. It is IWMF's goal to at a minimum record all sessions for future viewing. If all sessions cannot be streamed simultaneously, we will still have one session streaming during each timeslot.

How do participants register?

All attendees must register online to attend the Ed Forum. Registration opening January 2025!

How do I pay the registration fee?

All major credits cards are accepted for payment (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover). All payments are in US dollars.

I can only attend one day, do you extend special pricing for one day attendees?

Yes, please send an email to events@iwmf.com for special one-day registration pricing.

Can I cancel my registration and receive a refund?

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to events@iwmf.com. Refunds will be processed for cancellations received on or before May 15, 2025. Refunds will not be processed for cancellations received after May 16, 2025.

Is there a hotel room block for attendees at the Sawgrass Marriott?

Yes, IWMF has secured a room block for attendees at a special rate of $229 plus applicable taxes and fees.  This rate is available through Tuesday, May 6, 2025. Click here to make your hotel reservations.

What is the closest airport to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida?

The Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is 34.2 miles from the Marriot Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra, FL.

Is there onsite parking at the Sawgrass Marriott?

The Sawgrass Marriott offers two onsite parking options for hotel guests, valet and self-park. Each option charges a fee.

I registered for the virtual option; how do I participate?

If you have completed your virtual registration, you should have received an email confirmation. You will receive more instructions on accessing the Ed Forum on or about Tuesday, May 27. If you miss the live stream, sessions are being recorded and will be available in the weeks following the Ed Forum.

What is the health and safety plan for onsite?

As always, we will continue to monitor and follow the current CDC guidelines and plan accordingly.
