HYATT REGENCY MINNEAPOLIS - SOLD OUT

2025 National Agriculture in the Classroom National Conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, located in downtown Minneapolis at 1300 Nicollett Mall, MN 55403.

Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements. 

Discounted group rate is available for National Agriculture in the Classroom Conference attendees until Monday, June 2, 2025. 

Reservations can be made online through the booking link or by calling the hotel's reservation line.  

** Currently, Hyatt Regency is sold out of rooms with two beds. Please check back periodically for availability. Rooms with a king bed do include a sofa pull-out bed **

 Group Room Rate:

• $229+ per night for single/ double occupancy
• $249+ for triple occupancy 
• $269+ for quad occupancy

*rates listed above do not include 15.025% local taxes and fees. These fees are subject to change. 

Pre/Post Stay: 

• A limited number of discounted rate rooms are available at the group rate for 3 days pre/post the official event dates.

Hotel Check-in/ Check-out Time:

• 3:00 PM / 11:00 AM

Reservation:

• Cancellation 72 hours prior to arrival.
• Substitution of name 7 days prior to arrival.
• Guarantee of one night’s stay is required to hold individual reservations.

Parking Rates:

• Valet - $49 (overnight)
• Self at The Loring Parking Ramp* - $25 (overnight), $30 (in-and-out privileges)

*Loring Parking Ramp is located next to the hotel but is not operated by Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. The Loring Parking Ramp is a covered parking garage with 6'6" clearance. The Loring Parking Ramp does not accept cash, and payment for parking is made directly to the garage upon exiting. In-and-out privileges are possible for an additional $15 per night. Please bring your ticket to the front desk upon arrival if you wish to utilize in-and-out parking.
