Conference Travel and Hotel Planning

AIR TRAVEL - Travel to and from Augusta is possible by plane, bus or car. Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) is located thirteen minutes from the conference hotel. Major airlines that fly to and from Augusta include American Airlines and Delta Airlines. If you plan to fly into a different city such as Atlanta, Charlotte or Columbus, you may want to factor the additional cost with renting a vehicle versus connecting to a flight in and out of Augusta.  Whatever you decide, book early to confirm the best rates.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION - Groome Transportation is a shuttle service that is available  between Atlanta and Augusta.  The approximate cost for a one way trip  exclusive of tip is $63. NOTE: This is not door-to-door service and you would need to arrange for additional transportation (i.e. taxi or a shared ride service from the shuttle pick and drop off location.  For more information, click here.

VERBON Limo and Car Service is a car service also available for anyone traveling to and from Atlanta. This car service is available for Goodwill participants based on your arrival and departure times. To pre-book this service, we ask you to click this link to provide travel  details before February 10. You will be contacted directly with the cost based on the number of participants arriving and departing at the same time.

HOTEL - We have blocked a group of rooms at the Augusta Marriott Convention Center at the discounted rate of $199 per night exclusive of taxes. To ensure that everyone is able to book a room, please only book for the rooms and nights that you require. To access the hotel link, register early.
