In partnership with the College Industry Council on Material Handling Education (CICMHE), Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC), Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA, and the Material Handling Education Foundation (MHEFI), MHI is excited to present an interactive day where you can connect with industry leaders, explore cutting-edge technologies, and discover exciting career paths.

Who Can Attend?
College, university, trade, technical, specialty, and high school students are all welcome!
Attendance is free. You must be 16 years or older to attend. If you’re under 18, a faculty member must join you.
Dress professionally and be ready to make a great impression.
Travel Grants & School Stipends: Worried about travel costs? We’ve got you covered! MHI and MHEFI are offering travel grants and school stipends to help schools offset costs:
Schools over 100 miles from Chicago: Apply for a $250 grant per student (up to 15 students).
Schools under 100 miles from Chicago: Receive a $250 stipend per school when registering at least 5 students.
Are you an individual student? No worries. Contact us directly for travel support options. We’re here to help you make it to ProMat 2025.
Limited Hotel Support: For those who need additional financial assistance, we’re offering limited hotel support. Reach out to us for details and see if you qualify.
Apply Early! Travel funds and hotel support are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to submit your application and all student details by January 31 to secure your spot.
