Eagle Strategies will assign hotel rooms from Monday, March 24* – Wednesday, March 26, the hotel will not be able to assist you with this reservation. Occupancy Room rates are valid for single / double adult occupancy. The rate is $439 per night.

*Eagle Strategies will assign hotel rooms for Elite Advisors (ASM) from Sunday, March 23.

All Qualified Advisor attendees
Once registered, Eagle Strategies will assign hotel rooms for the meeting dates. You may request an extension during registration, which will be considered a personal expense. Corporate Events will notify you via email once the extension is approved. Please note, the hotel will not be able to assist attendees with hotel reservations. Contact Eagle Strategies Events with any questions or requests by emailing EagleStrategiesEvents@newyorklife.com.

All other Summit attendees
Eagle Strategies will automatically reserve a hotel room for the dates indicated on your registration form at the contracted room rate. Hotel room rate, applicable taxes, and incidental room charges will be your responsibility and must be paid upon check out. If a hotel room within the Eagle Strategies room block is not needed, please advise Eagle Strategies by emailing EagleStrategiesEvents@newyorklife.com.

Resort Fee
Eagle Strategies will assume the cost of the discounted daily resort fee of $40 per room per night for main event dates. This fee will cover in-room wireless internet access (for up to six devices), access to Grande Lakes Waterpark, daily bike rental through Grande Lakes Sports, driving range privileges, and transportation to SeaWorld, Universal Studies, and Walt Disney World theme parks.

Fitness Centers
The Fitness Centers at Grand Lakes Orlando is accessible to registered guests 24/7 with a room key.

In-Room Safe
There is a safe located in each guest room.
