Advisor Business Guest

Each Elite Advisor (ASM) is welcome to invite two qualified business guests to attend Eagle Strategies Wealth Summit, while each qualified Eagle Strategies Advisor is welcome to invite one business guest. To qualify, each business guest should be either your Eagle Strategies successor, junior advisor, study group or staff member.

The Guest Fee for each business guest is $800, which will be added to the qualifying Advisor's hotel folio and will be the qualifying Advisor's responsibility to pay upon checkout from the hotel.
 

Expenses Covered

Expenses covered during your approved conference dates are as follows:

Hotel

  • All Qualified Advisor attendees: Eagle Strategies will assume hotel room expenses during the pre-approved conference dates. Expenses associated with confirmed hotel extensions will be the responsibility of the attendee.
  • All Other Summit attendees: Applicable hotel room costs and incidentals will be charged and must be paid upon check-out.

Meals
Meals will be provided during the official program dates as follows:

  • Elite Advisor (ASM) attendees: Starting with dinner on Sunday, March 23 – Wednesday, March 26 lunch.
  • All Other Summit attendees: Starting with dinner on Monday, March 24 – Wednesday, March 26 lunch.

Special Meals

  • Please indicate any dietary requirements via the meeting registration website. Special meals will only be provided if requested during registration.

Costs covered by Eagle Strategies for qualifying Advisor attendees:

  • Hotel room during conference dates
  • Gratuities (bell attendant and housekeeping)
  • Company-sponsored meals and events
  • All other costs are the responsibility of the attendee

Costs covered by Eagle Strategies for all other Summit attendees:

  • Company-sponsored meals and events
  • All other costs are the responsibility of the attendee


Expenses Not Covered

The following expenses are NOT covered and are your personal responsibility:

  • Attendee and guest airline ticket(s)
  • Costs associated with driving a personal vehicle
  • Applicable hotel room costs for all other Summit attendees
  • All costs associated with extended hotel stays and additional guest rooms
  • Occupancy fees charged by hotel for more than two adults the room
  • Hotel incidental charges including minibar, restaurant, room service, and gift shop purchases
  • Hotel telephone calls and business center charges
  • Car rental fees
  • Sightseeing, tours, and activities not sponsored by Eagle Strategies
  • Laundry and dry-cleaning services
  • Ground transportation
  • Hotel stays at alternate locations


Non-business Guests

This conference is for business purposes only. Spouses and other guests cannot be included in any Eagle Strategies-sponsored business sessions or meals. They can enjoy the hotel on their own.
