Booking Travel
Eagle Strategies is not responsible for air travel expenses. Attendees are responsible for booking and purchasing their own air travel to Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Booking Flights
We recommend that you book your flight(s) through Eagle Strategies preferred partner, CTM Meetings & Events (formerly ETM), so our staff can immediately assist with changes in the event of travel disruptions due to weather and other unforeseen events.

Booking flights outside of this method results in Eagle Strategies inability to access your flight information. Therefore, we will be unable to assist in the event of a flight delay, change, or cancellation.

The trip between MCO and the hotel is approximately 20 minutes.
If CTM Meetings & Events determines you are unable to meet the needed flight requirements at the time of booking, Eagle Strategies will extend your room reservation date(s) as needed. Confirmation of your travel itinerary is required to ensure the Eagle Strategies can account for your travels.

Autos and Driving
During registration, all attendees who plan to drive should advise Eagle Strategies accordingly. Self and Valet parking is available at the JW Marriott Orlando and Valet parking is available at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando. The 2025 prevailing rates are $35.00 for self-parking at the JW Marriott and $50.00 for valet parking at either Hotel, plus applicable taxes.
Ground Transportation
Arrival Information
Ground transportation from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Grande Lakes Orlando, including taxi, limousine, and shared-ride services are available upon arrival at the airport, and is the responsibility of the attendee. Reservations are not required for arriving passengers. MCO is located 12 miles from the hotel, approximately a 20-minute drive. Transfer times may vary, depending on traffic conditions.
Departure Information
Eagle Strategies will provide complimentary shuttle service from Grande Lakes Orlando to MCO at the conclusion of the conference on Wednesday, March 26. Additional departure information will be provided during the conference.
