PAYMENT OPTIONS 

You have two convenient ways to pay for your Congress ticket:
1. Pay in Full: Pay the total ticket cost upfront at the time of registration.

2. Pay in Three Installments (Only available January 13–April 13): Split the total ticket cost into three manageable payments:
— First Payment: 34% of the ticket cost, due immediately upon registration.
— Second Payment: 33% charged 30 days after the registration date. 
— Final Payment: 33% charged 60 days after the registration date.

– Payment plan may be used for the following purchases:

   • Ultimate Congress Experience
   • Aveda Business College Owner Forum
   • Combination of the above tickets in a single purchase.
— Non-Refundable: All payments, including partial payments, are NON-REFUNDABLE.
— Card Declines:
   • If any installment payment is declined, your registration will be immediately cancelled.
   • All funds paid up to that point will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
— Payment Method: Payments are automatically charged to the credit card provided during registration. 
— Same Card Requirement: The credit card used at registration for the first installment will be automatically charged for all subsequent payments. You cannot change the card during the payment schedule.
— Ensure Funds are Available: Please make sure the card has sufficient funds on the scheduled payment dates to avoid cancellation.

Shuttle rides from Minneapolis Convention Center

Home to our corporate offices, product development, marketing and education teams, manufacturing facility, retail Experience Center, test salon, and Midwest Distribution Center, this campus embodies our commitment to a more beautiful future.

Powered by 100% wind and solar energy, our manufacturing facility reduces waste and water consumption, with over 83% of waste reused or recycled. Our solar array provides 50% of the facility’s annual energy needs, while our campus grounds, thoughtfully designed to support pollinators, have been home to honeybee colonies managed by the University of Minnesota Bee Squad since 2013.

On this tour, you’ll experience:
— A visit to our retail Experience Center
— A look inside our test salon
— A walk around the newly renovated campus loop for an exterior view of the manufacturing facility (NOTE: due to safety and sterility, the manufacturing floor is not open to guests)
— Weather permitting, we’ll explore the lush grounds, thoughtfully cultivated with native plants, flowers, and trees to support pollinators and create a thriving natural habitat, and visit our solar array—a perfect photo opportunity.

Details: Complimentary shuttles will be provided from the Minneapolis Convention Center to Aveda Corporate Headquarters. Please arrive 15 minutes early at the main entrance to ensure that each tour starts on time. Participants should wear closed-toe, flat-soled shoes as a safety precaution.
