Leading Change for Growth

Whether it’s a minor inconvenience, like taking an alternate route to work due to traffic, or a significant shift, such as implementing a new software system in your office, change can be challenging. As a leader, you set the tone for how change is embraced by your team. This session will explore why change is difficult, the stages people experience in accepting it, and ways to implement change.
