LEARNING OBJECTIVES

At the end of this activity, learners will be able to:

  • AI - Examine current and future impact of AI on healthcare delivery model, especially in SCPMG Psychiatry 
  • Diagnosis - Improve accurate diagnosis of: ADHD, women’s mental health concerns, adolescent substance use disorders, anxiety
  • Treatment - Utilize current evidence-based treatment to improve: outcomes for ADHD, women’s mental health, adolescent substance use disorders, anxiety; side effects of obesity-related psychiatric treatments; and strategies for using complementary and alternative medicine in mental health care
  • Communication - Apply practical tips to improve therapeutic alliance and communication with patients/families in challenging cases

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

Non-Physician Participants:  Attendees can report up to 5.25 hours of participation towards their accrediting body (licensure). In lieu of the provider number Attendees can write ‘CME’ in the space provided, if applicable.

Self-Assessment CME credits for Maintenance of Certification
The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology has reviewed the Psychiatry HYBRID Symposium and has approved this activity as part of a comprehensive Self-Assessment (SA) activity, which is mandated by the ABMS as a necessary component of Continuing Certification. Participants who successfully complete requirements will be awarded up to 5.25 Self-Assessment CME credits. ​
