Cynthia Cantril, MPH, RN, OCN is a national leader in oncology nursing. During her 50-year career she has been a voice for cancer patients, families and care providers. She has developed cancer recovery programs throughout the western United States. Working in rural and urban areas her knowledge and passion for cancer care is vast.  

Cindi has received numerous awards including the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Distinguished Service award for her commitment in establishing and creating models for patent navigation and advocacy; ONS Lifetime Achievement Award; CURE magazine's national "Extraordinary Healer" award; the Biden FIERCE award for patient navigation.  She has published numerous articles on patient preferences, book chapters and has spoken nationally and internationally.  

She received her nursing degree in 1972 from St Louis Community College, a Bachelor's Degree from Lindenwood College and a Master's in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
