Leveling up your Front-Line Managers Workshop

IPPA will be offering a 3-hour Workshop prior to the Spring Summit Welcome.  The fee is $350 for those who are also attending the Spring Summit; $500 for the Workshop only. Workshop includes networking opportunities, breakfast and lunch for attendees.

New and experienced managers, team leads, and HR professionals preparing for leadership roles.
 
Course Description:
This in-person training is designed to elevate your front-line managers. We will focus on essential leadership skills, breaking free from daily operational tasks, and effectively transitioning from contributor to leader. Participants will learn to delegate, coach, and develop their teams while fostering collaboration and navigating industry challenges.
