The Executive Institute program offers an Organizational Design and Change Management (ODCM) Executive Certification for credit union executives in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. This program is for current or new executives, senior leaders, and CEOs looking to expand their leadership to the next level with a series of in-person and virtual sessions from April to August. Completing this program will create value for the organization, as well as personal professional development for the individual executive. It will create connections for attendees, help them drive future initiatives, and plan for and create ideal outcomes for members and the credit union. Since most people agree that change is the one constant in life, equipping leaders in change management may be one of the most important skillsets needed to thrive for the future.
