Update as of July 23, 2025
We are thrilled by the enthusiastic response to our conference hotel accommodations! Due to high demand, our hotel room block is sold out for August 21 (Thursday) and August 22 (Friday). We know that many of you are still hoping to secure lodging for the conference, and we are happy to suggest:
HYATT PLACE PEÑA STATION/DENVER AIRPORT (15% DISCOUNT FOR BDC ATTENDEES)
Note that this is not an official and contracted overflow hotel and NBDF's Conference and Travel Services team did not do a site visit of the the property. However, it is right in front of the 61st and Peña Street light rail station, which is a drop-off and pick-up location of the complimentary Gaylord Rockies hotel shuttle.
The shuttle picks up guests from the 61st and Peña Street station at the :00 and :30 of every hour to bring them to the Gaylord Hotel. The first pickup is at 5:30AM and the last pickup is at 11:00PM daily.
From the Gaylord Rockies, the shuttle picks up from the front drive of the hotel at the :20 and :50 of every hour to bring guests to the 61st and Peña Street station. The first pickup from the Gaylord Rockies is at 5:50AM and the last pickup is at 11:20PM daily.
We have secured room rates up to 40% lower than the average published rates through special negotiatios with the conference venue.
Please take note of the following reservations and cancellation policies to help NBDF continue to build and maintain relationships with partner hotels, which allows us to negotiate lower rates for our community.
To avail of the discounted room rate, refer to the hotel accommodations information in your conference registration confirmation email. NBDF does not accept hotel reservations for unregistered participants. A 2025 BDC registration number is required for reservations. Reservations completed without first completing the BDC registration will be cancelled. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be based on availability at the time of booking. The hotel reservation link will be closed on Friday, July 11, 2025 (subject to availability).
Hotel accommodations can only be booked online. The hotel will not accept any reservations over the phone.
To ensure that you are using the correct Gaylord Rockies hotel reservation link, the page will have the 2025 BDC logo, event name, and dates.
Please note that a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
For group reservations, please email Johanna Ong at jong@bleeding.org.

Upon check-in, the hotel will authorize room and tax plus $100 per night for incidentals. This authorization is posted on your account as a pending transaction. Unused incidentals funds will not be charged and are typically released 24-48 hours after departure. It is strongly discouraged to use a debit card as the authorization will place a withdrawal on your account at the time of check-in, and unused funds will be re-deposited back to your account 5-10 business days after check-out.
Click here for more details about Gaylord Rockies, including a room tour of the guestrooms. Family Rooms, Executive and Deluxe Suites are available upon request. Please contact Johanna Ong for more information.
Each hotel room reservation requires a valid credit card when booking. A one-night hotel room and tax will be charged upon booking as a deposit.
All cancellation notices and requests should be emailed to Johanna Ong at jong@bleeding.org.
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider for NBDF's Bleeding Disorders Conference. We have been made aware of housing companies or travel agencies that may aggressively pursue BDC attendees to book guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts and more flexible cancellation policies. Some might also be phishing emails, so be careful before clicking on any links and providing credit card information. The only way to book group accommodations and hospitality suites for the Bleeding Disorders Conference is through NBDF’s Conference and Travel Services department. NBDF is not liable for any losses for any reservations made outside of NBDF’s room block. If you are contacted by one of these unauthorized housing companies or receive a suspicious email, please contact us immediately.
