Please be vigilant if approached by any company that implies or claims to have the NBDF's Bleeding Disorders Conference mailing list. If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please contact us immediately.
We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third party individual, government agency, or company at any time unless compelled to do so by law.
We will use your e-mail address and mailing address solely to provide timely information about National Hemophilia Foundation (NBDF). NBDF will maintain the information you send via e-mail in accordance with applicable federal law.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at bdc@bleeding.org.
NBDF's BDC organizers will communicate only with third party companies that are officially mandated and clearly identified by participating sponsors. Queries received from third party companies (i.e. contractors, PCOs, communication and press agencies) that do not identify the company they represent will not be answered. A formal communication should be sent from the sponsor to NBDF authorizing the third party to engage in work on its behalf.
We recommend you to provide your potential vendor or vendors with all information regarding symposia or any other Bleeding Disorder Conference related inquiries.
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider for NBDF's Bleeding Disorders Conference. We have been made aware of housing companies or travel agencies that may aggressively pursue BDC attendees to book guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts and more flexible cancellation policies. Some might also be phishing emails, so be careful before clicking on any links and providing credit card information. The only way to book group accommodations and hospitality suites for the Bleeding Disorders Conference is through NBDF’s Conference and Travel Services department. NBDF is not liable for any losses for any reservations made outside of NBDF’s room block. If you are contacted by one of these unauthorized housing companies or receive a suspicious email, please contact us immediately.
