March 5, Wednesday

• Arrivals

• 12:00PM to 1:30PM  -  State-Based Advocacy Coalitions Luncheon (by invitation only)
• 2:00PM to 3:30PM  -  Industry Stakeholder Meeting (by invitation only)

• 3:30PM to 5:00PM -  Name Badge Pick Up
• 5:00PM to 6:30PM  -  Washington Days Training
• 6:30PM to 8:00PM  -  Working Dinner with State Teams. A buffet dinner will be served.

March 6, Thursday 

• 7:30AM to 8:30AM  -  Breakfast pastries, coffee, tea, and juice will be served
• 8:30AM to 9:30AM  -  Legislative Briefing (to be held at the hotel)
• 9:30AM to 4:30PM  -  Legislative Appointments at the Hill
• 6:00PM to 7:30PM  -  Advocates Recognition Dinner. A buffet dinner will be served.

March 7, Friday 

• 8:00AM to 9:00AM  -  Breakfast pastries, coffee, tea, and juice will be served
• 9:00AM to 11:30AM  -  Advocacy and the E3 Model, State Advocacy Training, and Industry Panel
