SUBMITTING YOUR COMMITMENT

  • Committing to continue with Team In Training for the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon: Click on the 'Enter' button to complete the commitment agreement.

  • Unable to commit? Please refer to the Commitment email you received from Team In Training (noreply@eTouches.lls.org) and click on the link under the 'Unable to continue with Team In Training' option. This will save you from receiving future reminder emails or phone calls regarding this event.
     
  • Need to modify your selections? Click on the Modify Registration buttons to modify your selections by the deadline. 

 

  


Before teammates receive their access to the official race registration with NYRR, the Fundraising Commitment Agreement must be signed. To learn more about what your Fundraising Commitment Agreement means, visit this link and review our FAQ tab of this event info site.

These two steps happen separately:   

  1. By mid-March, all registered teammates will receive an email from Team In Training with an invitation to complete the Fundraising Commitment Agreement & Event Weekend Selections process. This step also includes your apparel size selection and a few other questions. If you are continuing with our program and want to secure your race bib through Team In Training, this step must be completed first. 
  2. According to NYRR, the race registration portal may not be available to charity runners until late March/early April. As soon as it becomes available, teammates who have completed the Fundraising Commitment Agreement & Event Weekend Selections step will receive an email with instructions to officially register for their race bib. 
  • Please note: NYRR requires all runners to pay a fee directly to NYRR during the race registration process; this is not a fee that can be covered by the charity. The fee is $255 for NYRR members and $315 for non-members. 

Timeline and Deadlines  
Please select one of the options below and complete both the Fundraising Commitment Agreement & Event Weekend Selections and your race registration steps by the respective deadlines.   

  • Early Commitment Deadlines:   
    For teammates who registered with Team In Training by 11:59 p.m. PT, Tuesday, March 4, 2025, you were able to register with a $3,500 fundraising commitment level.  In order to continue with the $3,500 fundraising commitment level, you must: 
    • Submit your Fundraising Commitment Agreement & Event Weekend Selections by 11:59 pm PST on Wednesday, April 9, 2025    
    • Once you receive the race registration email, you MUST complete registration within (3) three business days.

If you would like to wait and commit at the $4,000 fundraising commitment level, you will have until May 5, 2025 to commit to the higher fundraising level. See the section below.    

  • Standard Commitment Deadlines:   
    For teammates who registered with Team In Training on or after March 5, 2025, or teammates who did not meet the Early Commitment deadlines, your fundraising commitment level is $4,000. You will need to take action by the following dates to secure your guaranteed race entry:    
    • Submit your Fundraising Commitment Agreement & Event Weekend Selections by 11:59 pm PST on Monday, May 5, 2025    
    • Once you receive the race registration email, you MUST complete registration within (3) three business days.
