How do I know my Eagle Award status for 2024?

To check your Eagle Status, please contact your District Sales Manager for assistance.

If I am a 2024 Eagle winner, how will I be recognized?

As a 2024 Eagle winner, one hotel room for 2 nights (checking in on June 15 and checking out on June 17) will be paid for by ODC. Please book your hotel room directly with Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center and ODC will ensure your nightly room rate and taxes are charged to us. 

When will my optional Eagle Award winner photo be taken?

New this year! We will assign a time during the Eagle Awards Reception on Monday night to take your optional Eagle Awards photo with the Overhead Door corporate executives. Winner photos will also be taken at the end of the Dinner Ceremony, as in previous years. Please sign up on your registration form to be assigned a photo appointment time during the Reception.

What are Registration fees?

Each Distributor location is invited to register two people of your choice on a complimentary basis. Additional adult attendee packages are available for purchase at $500 per person. Teen/Children (ages 20 and under) may attend for free. 

All attendees and guests must register to attend.

Registration fee inclusions:

  • Presentations by ODC's Executive Leadership
  • Daily breakfast and lunch
  • Informative education sessions
  • Evening events:
    • Welcome Networking Reception and Dinner
    • 2024 Eagle Awards Ceremony and Dinner
  • Product Showcase of doors, dock products and operators and national vendors 

Cancellation Policy: Paid registration fees are transferable and fully refundable on or before May 5, 2025. After May 5, 2025, a registration may be transferred to another person with no penalty. Any cancelled registrations will not be refunded after May 5, 2025. To cancel or modify your registration, please send your request to support@odcnrdm.com.

I need to change information regarding my registration. Who do I contact?

Your emailed registration confirmation has a link to edit your registration information.  Please note that any changes after May 5 must be made by emailing support@odcnrdm.com.

What is the process to cancel my registration?

How many guests can I bring?

You may bring as many guests* as you like. Please be sure to register each of your guests individually, no matter their age. The registration form will prompt you to add your guests. Only registered guests will be able to attend the group meals and functions.

Which meals will be hosted by ODC?

The following meals are included for all attendees*. Please review the AGENDA tab for more details.

  • June 15 - Family Pool Cabana Conversations, and Dinner
  • June 16 - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
  • June 17 - Breakfast and Lunch

*Please make sure that all guests and children are registered. Registration fees may apply. All attendees must wear name badges for access to group meal functions.

 

HOTEL & RESERVATIONS FAQs:

Do I need to make my own hotel room reservation and by when?  

Yes, you are responsible for making your own hotel reservation. Click here to book directly at the group rate of $295 per night, and discounted resort fee of $28 per night and taxes of 12.75%. The deadline to make your reservation is May 5, 2025. 

A credit card deposit equal to one night's stay will be charged when making your reservation.

If you are a 2024 Eagle Winner, please make your own hotel reservation. ODC will cover your room charges for the two nights (Sunday, June 15 and Monday, June 16) of the meeting.

Cancellations made within 5 days of your hotel arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.

Can I extend my trip by arriving before the ODC National Ribbon Distributor Meeting begins? Can I extend my stay after the meeting ends?

You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation. If you want to stay at the hotel before or after the meeting click here for the specially negotiated ODC rates. A limited number of rooms pre/post the NRDM are available through this reservations link. The possibility of staying at the hotel outside of the meeting dates will be based on the hotel’s availability at the time that you make your reservation.

I need to change my hotel reservation. Who do I contact?

Can I upgrade my guest room? What will be the cost?

What dining options are available at the hotel?

At the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, you'll find the following dining options:

  • 5 unique restaurants on-site, including a sports bar
  • In-room dining (serves breakfast, lunch and dinner)

TRAVEL FAQs:

Will airport shuttles be provided?

Pre-paid Uber rides will be offered for your transfers between the hotel and airport. We will be providing an Uber code for your use for arrivals on Sunday, June 15 and departures on June 17. ODC will NOT be operating airport shuttle buses for the 2025 meeting. 

Uber/Lyft and taxi services, at your own cost, are available at the airport, should you arrive outside the main arrival day or main departure day.

What do I do for airport transfers if arriving outside of the main arrival date of Sunday, June 15 or the main departure date of June 17?

Uber/Lyft and taxi services, at your own cost, are available at the airport, should you arrive outside the main arrival day or main departure day. The estimated one-way taxi fare from DEN airport to the hotel is $30.00 at minimum. 

How long is the drive from Denver International Airport (DEN) to Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center? 

DEN is approximately a 5 minute drive and 6 miles from the hotel.

Do I need to arrive to the hotel by a certain time on June 15?

Our Company Store will be open at 8:00 AM, our Product Showcase will be open at 1:00 PM, and the Pool Cabana Converstations starts at 2:00 PM. Dinner will begin at 6:00 PM. So come on, y'all! 

Do I need to depart after a certain time on June 17?

We're offering a variety of topic-driven educational workshops on Tuesday, June 17, 8:00 AM - 10:50 PM.  Plan your travel accordingly to engage in these learning opportunities. A farewell grab & go lunch will be available at 11:00 AM. Hotel check-out time is 11:00 AM. 

I would prefer to rent a car, what are the costs associated with parking at the hotel?

Valet parking is available at the hotel for $48.00 (exclusive of tax) and Self-parking is available for $33.00 (exclusive of tax). In-and-out privileges are for overnight guests only.

 

DRESS CODE & WEATHER FAQs:

What is the dress code for the meetings and evening events?

The dress code for all meetings is Business Casual. Men’s Business Casual guidelines include collared golf shirts or button down shirts with dress shorts or long pants. Women’s guidelines include dresses, blouses, collared golf shirts or button down shirts with dress shorts, skirts or long pants.

Attire for the Sunday evening's welcome dinner is casual attire.

Attire for the Awards Ceremony and Dinner is Business Attire. Although a tie is not required, we recommend men wear sport coats and women wear dresses or pant suits.

What will the weather be like? Are there any items I should definitely pack?

The average weather in June will have highs in the 80’s and lows in the 70’s.  But, bring a sweater or light jacket for meeting rooms as the air-conditioning could keep you chilled.
