PRICING INFORMATION AND DETAILS

The application period for Kentucky Farm Bureau members begins at 9:00 a.m. ET, on Monday, January 13, 2025. The application period will close at 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, January 24, 2025. All applicants will be notified of their final status for the Kentucky Farm Bureau Beef Tour via email by Friday, January 31, 2025. If you have been accepted for the tour, you will be asked to log back into the online system and provide necessary information to complete your registration and provide payment.

Single Occupancy Registration - $1,400.00

Double Occupancy Registration - $1,200.00*

* Double occupancy rate is Per Person


Below is a list of information needed to complete the ONLINE APPLICATION which opens at 9:00 a.m. ET, on Monday, January 13, 2025.

Please note that you will sign up one applicant at a time. The application confirmation will be sent to the applicant's email address. The applicant may provide an alternate email address for the confirmation to be emailed to a county Farm Bureau representative (such as the county office secretary).

The non-refundable registration fee includes bus transportation, flights, other planned group activities, hotel room (room and tax only), group meals, and snacks. Please note the details stated on the “Terms & Conditions” page here. All registration fees are final and non-refundable after Friday, February 7, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Payment may be made by Credit Card or by Check (to be mailed to Kentucky Farm Bureau Federation the same day as instructed on your confirmation).
