REGISTRATION FEES

Modifications to your 2025 Presidents & Vice Presidents Conference registration can be made via the online system until Monday, January 6, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Should you need to cancel your arrangments or circumstances arise that prevent you from attending, your registration, hotel, travel/flight (if applicable) and event/tour (if applicable) costs are all final and non-refundable after Monday, January 6, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.

If the 2025 Presidents & Vice Presidents Conference is officially canceled, a refund is possible minus any penalties or non-refundable expenses that apply.
