East Tower Executive Suites $183

► All rooms are subject to 17.66% state and city hotel occupancy tax per room per night (this tax amount is subject to change).

► We will be collecting ALL nights of hotel sleeping room costs (minus onsite incidental costs) at the time of registration. If your occupancy level increases above your original reservation, you could be subject to additional hotel charges post event, and fulfillment is subject to hotel availability and terms of occupancy set forth by The Galt House Hotel.

►Self-parking in the East Tower is $20.00 plus tax per day and has in and out privileges. The hotel also has valet parking in the East Tower at $40.00 plus tax per day (please note, there could be additional costs for oversized vehicles). These amounts (if applicable) will be collected by the hotel at your time of checkout. These rates are subject to change. The West Tower parking garage is owned by the City of Louisville and those parking fees must be paid upon departure from the West Tower parking garage.

►Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.

►Please be aware that all requests for sleeping rooms are made on a first-come, first-served basis, and if a change needs to be made to your request, we will notify you immediately. In an overflow situation, KFB reserves the right to place you in another hotel with similar accommodations, although the room rate cannot be guaranteed at a different hotel property.

►Kentucky Farm Bureau CANNOT guarantee all rooming requests as they are expressed by registrants. We will turn in all room type and special needs requests to The Galt House Hotel, but fulfillment is based on the hotel’s discretion and availability.

►Please be aware that if you do not arrive for the first night of your hotel reservation, you will be considered a “no-show” by the hotel, and the remainder of your reservation will be canceled. Availability cannot be guaranteed after that point, and no refunds will be given.

►When making hotel arrangements, please keep in mind that all hotel costs are non-refundable after the January 6, 2025 deadline.
