Poster Presentation Categories:

  • Innovations in Practice: Highlight collaborative efforts with team members and patients that have led to practice development and improved outcomes.
  • Quality Improvement and Service Development: Share examples of focused approaches to challenging existing healthcare systems, addressing unwarranted variations in care, and prioritizing patient-centered care.
  • Clinical Case Reports: Share your clinical experiences and demonstrate how you and your colleagues have overcome clinical challenges through collaboration and patient-centered care.

Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and applicants will be notified once the review is complete.
