Q: How many continuing education hours can I receive?
A: You will be able to earn up to 16 contact hours over the three days.
Q: Can I change which sessions I chose after registering?
A: Yes, you can modify your registration HERE.
Q: What's included with registration?
A: Your registration includes lunch on Monday and Tuesday, Monday evening reception, access to the exhibit hall Monday and Tuesday, and continuing education hours.
Q: What's your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations and/or transfers must be submitted in writing to healsupport@nawccb.org. Cancellation requests received prior to July 1, 2025 will receive a refund (less a $75 processing fee). No refunds will be made after midnight July 1, 2025.
Q: Where should I stay?
A: The HEAL conference will be held at Caesars Place. A limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved and are being offered to conference attendees at a special rate of $189/night + Hotel room Tax + Fees. To book your hotel online, click here. To reserve by phone, call the Reservation Center at 1-(800)-223-7277. The discounted group rate will be available until Thursday, July 17, 2025. Please note that after this date, any new reservations or extensions to existing reservations will be subject to hotel availability at the hotel's prevailing rate.
Q: What should I bring to sessions each day?
A: You must bring your badge each day. We do not offer replacements. Your badge is your pass to all sessions and events.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Although the weather outside is warm, we highly recommend you wear pants and/or bring a sweater to the sessions. As much as we try to manage the temperature, the rooms can often be quite chilly.
Q: Will food and drinks be provided?
A: Monday and Tuesday, we will offer morning coffee, lunch in the Exhibit Hall, and plenty of delicious food (heavy hors d'oeuvres) will be served at the Monday evening reception along with plenty of entertainment and fun activities.
Q: Are there group discounts available?
A: Yes, if you are registering 4 or more people from the same organization, please contact HEALsupport@nawccb.org to request a discount code for your group.
