Master Cheese Reception
Prepare for the rest of the conference ahead with an official Dairy Strong kick-off party at Lambeau field! Tailgate at the Tundra will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 15. This iconic stadium is a must-see in Green Bay, and we’re thrilled to include it in the conference once again. Enjoy the evening connecting with old friends and making new ones. All conference attendees are welcome to join in on the football fun!
The annual Master Cheese Reception, sponsored by Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, is a celebration of the art of cheese-making. The event features all varieties of cheese, including aged cheddar, creamy brie, tangy blue cheese, smoky gouda and more. The reception is a perfect opportunity to savor the rich and complex flavors of artisanal cheeses... there's a cheese for everyone at the Master Cheese Reception.
