Welcome to the registration page for the 39th ATSNJ Annual Conference & Business Meeting! Our Conference Committee has worked tirelessly to create a diverse and engaging educational program for our members. This year’s event features a wide range of lectures, multiple interactive learning labs, and a pre-conference virtual lecture. Attendees have the opportunity to earn up to 10 CEUs.

We are thrilled to host the Conference & Business Meeting at a venue that offers a variety of activities for all attendees to enjoy.  the Tropicana provides excellent dining and leisure options for everyone.  Our student program will feature inspiring speakers and hands-on experiences, and we look forward to connecting with exhibitorsand coporate sponsors whose support makes this event possible.

About

The ATSNJ's Conference Committee has worked hard to provide a stimulating meeting. This year's conference will include a virtual learning lecture, four learning labs, the Student Program, Quiz Bowl & AT Olympics, the Awards Brunch, and an exchange lecture with our neighbors, the Pennsylvania Athletic Training Society.

This conference has a Moderate Level of Difficulty designation.  The target audience includes athletic trainer and other healthcare professionals.  

The ATSNJ, Inc (BOC AP#: 323) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to Athletic Trainers (ATs). This program is eligible for a maximum of 10 hours/ Category A CEUs. ATs should claim only those hours actually spent in the educational program.

Students must show their ID.  Professionals who are part-time students are excluded from the student fee.

 

Online Registration Instruction:


All pre-registration should be completed online. Pre-registration ends on 2/22/2025 at midnight.  Registration will continue online until 3/1/2025, ending at midnight.  Registration for the conference will reopen in person on Sunday, March 2nd and Monday, March 3rd at the conference.

  • The Registration Form will Auto-Fill if your email associated with the ATSNJ/NATA is used.

  • Refunds must be requested prior to February 15, 2025.  Minus a $10.00 processing fee.

  • ATSNJ no longer accepts school purchase orders

Onsite Information:

The ATSNJ Conference returns to the Tropicana's Havana Tower, just off the parking garage.  Registration and badge distribution will begin at 9:30am on Sunday, March 2nd, 2025, and continue at 7:30am on Monday, March 3rd, 2025.  Professional Attire is required to attend.
