Flight and Transportation Information

Airfare is not included in the program and is considered a personal expense. When booking your flights, your destination airport should be Cancún International Airport. The airport code is CUN.

Your flights must be booked before registering for the GSI Dealer Business Meeting.

Flights should arrive by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 6 and may depart anytime on Friday, January 10. You will be required to enter your flight information on the registration form so we can arrange airport transfers.

GSI will be providing round-trip transportation for all participants between the airport and ATELIER Playa Mujeres, based on the flight information you provide in your registration. On your arrival date, there will be plenty of staff at the Cancun International Airport to assist you. They will be holding GSI signs once you exit the airport, after you clear Customs. On your departure day, there will be dedicated GSI transportation from ATELIER Playa Mujeres to Cancun airport.

If you plan to extend your stay at a resort other than ATELIER Playa Mujeres, you must pre-arrange your own ground transportation. Most hotels will provide assistance with booking transportation to their resort. Reach out to your resort’s concierge to make reservations for your transfer. For airport-to-resort transportation, you are highly encouraged to make your arrangements prior to arrival in Cancun. For resort-to-airport transportation, please make your arrangements with the concierge during your stay.
