Each 10x10 booth includes pipe, drape, one 6' skirted and draped table, two chairs, a one-line identification sign, and two (2) exhibit hall only booth badges. Each 10x20 booth includes pipe, drape, one 6' skirted and draped table, two chairs, a one-line identification sign, and three (3) exhibit hall only booth badges. All other materials including electricity, booth furnishings and freight handling must be ordered through Viper Tradeshow Services, the official contractor in the PENS Exhibit Hall. All locations are carpeted.

Official Service Contractor
Viper Tradeshow Services is the official service contractor for the 2025 PENS National Conference. A service kit will be emailed to the company contact provided during the registration. For questions about shippping, drayage, custom furniture and furniture orders, please contact Viper Exhibitor Services coordinator.
Booth Representatives
Your exhibit booth fee includes two (2) exhibit hall only booth representative badges. Representatives are invited to all events held within the exhibit hall. These badges do NOT include meeting registrations. Exhibit booth representatives must register as full meeting or single-day registrants at the prevailing rates in order to receive continuing education hours. Meeting registration will open in February 2025.
Additional booth representative badges can be purchased for $200 each and include access to the exhibit hall and PENS meals held in the exhibit hall during exhibit days ONLY.
