Exhibitor Details
Exhibit Location: CNXN Live 2025 will take place at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. (650 Okeechobee Boulevard, West Palm Beach, FL 33401).
Each booth/exhibitor will have a “Designated Point of Contact” for their company that will coordinate any needs with EXPO Convention Contractors. Any upgrades and shipping arrangements for your booth will go through this individual ONLY. This individual will be the only person who receives emails from EXPO Convention Contractors and will be responsible for filling out all required paperwork for your booth. Please work with your company’s Designated Point of Contact to ensure that all required items are completed.
Attendees: Approximately 350 Connection Account Team members, Sales Leaders, and Support Team members will attend the exhibit showcase.
Floor Plans and Booth Number: A copy of the floor plan, including your booth number, will be available to you prior to the event, through the Event App.
Shipping and any upgrades for your booth will be managed by your company’s Designated Point of Contact. All forms will be handled by this individual ONLY via the exhibit contractor’s online portal.

Shipping Information
Important: Due to the Palm Beach Convention Center regulations, all exhibitor shipments must be made through Expo Convention Contractors, whether shipped to their warehouse early or to the Convention Center the morning of the exhibits. We strongly suggest that you ship your packages in advance to the Expo Convention Contractors warehouse. Please work with your company’s Designated Point of Contact to finalize these details.
Deadlines
Any shipments delivered to the convention center on days other than Tuesday, January 14, 2025 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. may be refused.
- Discount deadline for custom designed booths via EXPO – November 25, 2024
- Discount deadline for carpet – December 18, 2024
- Advance shipment form – December 18, 2024
- Advance shipment – arrive to EXPO warehouse by January 6, 2025. May arrive between December 2, 2024 and January 6, 2025
- Direct shipment form- (if you are sending to convention center on January 14th) – December 18, 2024
