Travel deadline: All travel must be booked as soon as possible. Hotel rooms at the discounted rate are only available on a first come, first served basis until the room block is full. Room availability is not guaranteed.

The preferred event airport is Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), located 3 miles (10 min) from the Palm Beach Convention Center.
Other local airports include:
- Fort Lauderdale (FLL)—located 50 miles (1 hour) from the Palm Beach Convention Center.
- Miami (MIA)—located 70 miles (1.5 hours) from the Palm Beach Convention Center.

The hotel is located 1.2 miles (5 min) driving from the Palm Beach Convention Center. Sponsor discounted room rate is $279 plus taxes and hotel fees.
Cut-off Date: The cut-off date to reserve a room is Thursday, December 12, or when the room block is full. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Once full, hotel reservations will be based on availability at the prevailing rates.
