Franchisee Breakout Session Overview
Building Profits with Skincare & Leadership
In this companion track to the Manager’s session “Leading Esthetics”, franchisees will review where their location(s) rank compared to the network, the top 100 franchised locations in skin care, and the concept of 25% by 2025. They will deep dive how they can get to these ratings, what it means in terms of their profitability and how they can invest and optimize their skincare in 2025. Finally, franchisees will be armed with an action plan to help assist their managers who are learning how to drive skincare in their locations.

Member Retention & Leading Through Change:
Round Table Discussions
Back by popular demand, the franchisee roundtable will return as a 1-hour session. The topics prompted for franchisees will include Member Retention and Leading Through Change. This session is an opportunity for franchisees to connect and discuss pressing items and gain best practices from one another. Prior to the session, franchisees should review the prompt questions and bring best practices to share with fellow franchisees to maximize the time together.

Manager Breakout Session Overview
Igniting Service Provider Enhancement Engagement: The Body Care Edition
Based on franchisee Jill Lopez’s franchise training on recommending body care enhancements, this session will provide managers with a recommended path in changing the mindset of body care enhancements with service providers. This session will be paired with a Service Provider MEU course, focused on a deeper understanding of body care enhancements. This session will share recommendations and best practices designed to set managers up for success in driving body care enhancements thought rollout steps, try it on for size verbiage and more. This session’s prework is crucial to maximize the 1-hour session.

Leading Esthetics
Through various case studies focusing in on franchised locations performing at different levels, this session will take a deep dive into how to identify skincare gaps and opportunities in franchised locations. Managers will be asked to review a case study that is closest to their franchised location performance. Through the Esthetician lifecycle elements that can impact performance, managers will walk away with best practices, action plans and goals to approach skincare in a different mindset with their franchisee. This 1-hour session has required prework that is crucial for the case studies.

Sunday Optional Manager Workshop Overviews
A Day in the Life: Tactics for New Managers
This workshop is designed for newer managers to a Massage Envy franchise location; those who have not attended this session and have been with the brand less than one year. With a focus on Leadership Routines, this session will share recommendations and best practices for managers to consider with their franchisee through a mock ‘Day in the Life’, by deep diving into goal setting strategies which includes reports, metrics, best practices, and bench marking. In this 4-hour training, they will gain a new understanding for critical reports and how to use the AMPP tool to suggest and set goals. Lastly, this session will review and make suggestions regarding prioritization of the ongoing tasks, such as inventory management, promotional readiness and other high focus topics happening within locations. To maximize the impact of this session, prework should be completed prior to attending.

Advanced Manager's Journey to Excellence
with Mike Oster
Mike Oster, a multi-unit franchisee with two Massage Envy locations, professional speaker, trainer and leadership consultant, and a retired Brigadier General with over 36 years of military experience, will host experienced managers in a 4-hour training and development session. This training will dive into personal accountability, showing up as your best self every day, and how that translates to leading your team with purpose.
This session is based on Mike’s highly rated 12-week training “Journey in Excellence” and his book “It Starts with Attitude”.
