Claim Your Continuing Education Credits

If you attended the 2024 IHI Forum, follow the below instructions for claiming continuing education credits for sessions.

Complete the surveys

Log into the IHI learning platform using your MyIHI (ihi.org) username.
- If you don’t know your username or password, please refer to these username lookup and password reset instructions.
Go to your Learning Center. You will find activities for sessions that you enrolled in before the start of the conference:

If you do not see an activity for a session you attended, view the instructions below for adding session activities.
Launch an activity to access and complete the post-program assessment.
When complete, you will be returned to the Learning Center. Repeat the process for the remaining sessions for which you wish to claim credits.

Claim credits and view your certificate

Navigate to the Completed tab of the Learning Center. The session activities you have completed will appear with an adjacent Claim Credits button.

Click on Claim Credits and select the accreditation types you wish to claim.
Once completed, you can view the certificates for your claimed credits by visiting the Certificate Center (see the "Print certificates, view your course history and claimed credits in My IHI" link on the Completed tab).

Click on the credit type link next to the session name to see the certificate for that session and credit type.
Click on the .pdf icon to export the certificate.

How to add session activities

You may add session activities to your Learning Center by following the below steps. You may only add sessions for the conference days for which you registered (e.g. if you registered only for the General Conference, you may not access the sessions for the pre-conference days).

View the below lists and click the link for the desired session.
On the session information page, click on the Enroll button to add the activity to your Learning Center.
Follow the above directions for completing the survey and claiming the credits.
