The conference facility can be accessed from the hotel and is located on ground level. Enter from the Pool or Promenade Deck side of the conference facility. Registration will be located at the Registration North Desk near the Pacifica Ballroom. Here you will pick up your badge. Badges are always required in the conference area and are also required for entry into the VANTAGE Gala on Wednesday evening.
A few days before the conference, you will receive an email from our registration vendor which will include a bar code. Scan this bar at registration to speed up the on demand printing of your badge.
We provide two options for scheduling your time at VANTAGE and navigating the conference:
Download and Install the VANTAGE Mobile App - The best and preferred option is to download and install the VANTAGE mobile app. Only registered attendees can download and use the mobile app. You will need your reference ID which was included in your registration confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not have this information. In addition, starting on May 12th, you will receive a series of emails from VANTAGE@elite.com which will include this information. Make sure VANTAGE@elite.com is an approved sender via your email. Additionally, you can obtain this information once you are onsite at the conference by asking at the Registration Desk, Engagement and/or Learning Zones.

Download and Print a Copy of the Schedule - For your convenience, you can download and print a copy of the schedule BEFORE youo arrive at the conference. Printers are not available in the conference facility for this purpose. This year, VANTAGE will go green and we will not provide printed programs.
The conference starts at 9:00 am on Monday, May 19, with our in-depth breakout sessions. These sessions provide deep dives into complex areas of the Elite solutions.
Our first conference meal will be a Networking Lunch in the Expo Hall (Oceana Grand Ballroom) at 12:30 p.m. Dine with other attendees who use the same solutions you use—ProLaw, 3E in the Cloud, 3E on-prem, and eBillingHub. You will find signage throughout the Expo Hall noting these “product tables.”
Following lunch, our CEO, Mark Dorman, will kick off the conference, followed by an informative general session - Innovation Advantage: Customer Insights and Success Stories. During this engaging panel, Elite customers will share insights into how they’re achieving success in today’s fast-paced and constantly evolving legal landscape.
The day will end with our lively and always fun, Welcome Reception, in the Expo Hall.
The morning begins with breakfast in the Expo Hall, followed by the general session - Solutions Advantage: Elite Vision and Roadmap. You won't want to miss this general session as leaders from Elite's Product and Technology teams talk about recent and upcoming enhancements to your Elite products. During this session, Elite will make an exciting 3E product announcement.

Following breakfast in the Expo Hall, the day is packed with educational breakout sessions, including the traditional "Favorite Features" sessions where Elite Support team members share some of their favorite features and how your firm can leverage these features.
Lunch will be seated this day. Immediately following lunch will be the General Session - Partnerships Advantage: Integrations that Accelerate Your Business. Elite partners will showcase the growing ecosystem of Elite product integrations and how these integrations are transforming the way firms leverage and manage their Elite systems. The General Session will end with a conference wrap-up by Elite's CEO, Mark Dorman.
Immediately following Lunch, the winners of the VANTAGE Puzzle Quest will be announced.
The conference will end with the always fun VANTAGE Gala at the Hard Rock Cafe. The theme this year is Purple, so be sure to wear your best purple attire.
VANTAGE provides countless opportunities to network with Elite team members, partners, and Elite customers. You will find other Elite customers who use the same solutions you use in the Expo Hall at the product-based dining areas. You will find signs that indicate 3E on-prem, 3E in the cloud, eBillingHub, and ProLaw.
The first conference meal will be Lunch on Monday at 12:30 which will be served in conjunction with the opening of the Expo Hall.
The Learning Zone opens at 2:30 on Monday and is located in the Expo Hall. Be sure to book a 20-minute consultation with one of Elite's subject matter experts. There are more than16 consultants on duty at any time, and consultations are available in an array of Elite product areas, including 3E application, reporting, and technology, as well as eBillingHub and ProLaw.
Visit the Elite Engagement Zone to meet Elite's Senior Leadership as well as Elite Product team memberrs. Representation from Elite's Technology, Customer Success (Support and Services), and Product team will be on hand to meet and greet attendees.
It's also in the Engagement Zone where you can pick up some additional VANTAGE Puzzle Quest puzzle pieces and a few great prizes.
The Engagement Zone is located in the Expo Hall under the Elite banner.
You can win great prizes by playing the VANTAGE Puzzle Quest game during the conference. The object of the game is to collect 12 puzzle pieces which can be obtained by attending sessions, visiting booths or just taking a selfie! It’s great fun and the prizes are pretty awesome. To find out more about VANTAGE Puzzle Quest, refer to the VANTAGE Puzzle Quest Icon found in the mobile app.
The VANTAGE Gala this year is at the Hard Rock Café at Universal City Walk. This will be a fantastic wrap-up for VANTAGE and will include drinks, dinner, dancing, and a band. It’s a short walk to the venue from the hotel.
