CANCELLATION POLICY: A $250 administrative fee will be charged per exhibit space if the exhibit space is cancelled any time after the contract for space has been received by Travel Market Report. In addition, the following will be charged per exhibit space to any exhibitor that cancels within the following time periods: 120+ days prior to schedule setup –75% refund less $250 administrative fee; 91-119 days prior to schedule setup – 50% refund less $250 administrative fee; 61-90 days prior to scheduled setup — 25% refund less $250 administrative fee; 60 days or less prior to scheduled setup — No refund. All changes and/or cancellations must be made in writing to Travel Market Report.
