SUBMITTING PROPOSALS
All submissions will be evaluated for industry relevance and actionable takeaways.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, December 6, 2024.
Selections will be finalized and speakers notified by Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
Registration fees for Apex will be waived for all speakers selected to present at the conference.
To submit a presentation proposal, you will need to provide the following:
A title for the presentation.
A presentation description suitable to be used in the conference agenda.
1 to 3 learning objectives.
To suggest a session topic, please provide as much of the following as possible:
A brief overview of the suggested topic.
Session expectations, ie: roundtable discussion, best practices, how-to overview, etc.
Suggested sources, ie: a utility or person with this expertise, a third party vendor, G&T, etc.
