Leadership & culture expert Kim Scott is the author of the New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller Radical Candor: Be a Kickass Boss without Losing your Humanity, which launched a global management revolution. Kim is the co-Founder of Radical Candor®, LLC – a company dedicated to helping organizations and teams move from a culture of command and control to one of collaboration.

Previously, Kim led AdSense, YouTube, and Doubleclick Online Sales and Operations at Google, and then joined Apple to develop and teach a leadership seminar. She has been a CEO coach at Dropbox, Qualtrics, Twitter, and several other tech companies.

Airport information

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is a short 10-minute drive from the hotel. Please review your invitation email for additional details on when you should arrive and depart and plan your flights accordingly.

We encourage you use a ride-share app (Uber, Lyft) between the airport and the hotel. If you have similar arrival times, please carpool as much as possible with other Workivians! Rental cars will not be reimbursed.

Hotel accommodations

Book your room at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas according to the travel guidelines provided in your invitation email. For additional hotel nights for work purposes, aside from those specified above, executive approval will be required. If you wish to upgrade or extend your stay for non-work purposes, you will be responsible for all additional charges outside of a standard room during the event dates.

Please note that due to increased expected attendance, rooms may fill up at the host hotel and overflow may be required. Availability is on a first come, first served basis.   

Join us virtually

Fuze is designed as an in-person event to maximize the educational impact and drive greater team collaboration. We encourage all those invited to attend in person. However, for those who are unable to attend, a live-stream of the general sessions will be available on Connect during the event and on-demand after the event. Breakout sessions will not be available virtually.

Please let your manager know if you do not plan to attend in person.
