Workivians from around the globe will unite in person to “Fuze” together with executive leadership in ONE location. This includes teams from Global Sales, Marketing, Partners, and other leadership. Together, we will blaze forward in an epic kickoff as ONE!

All in-person sessions will take place at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Before you register, book your flights in accordance with company travel policy via Navan, as you would for standard work-related travel. For those traveling in North America, it is preferred you choose Southwest Airlines if possible. Reach out to your manager with any questions or concerns regarding securing flights.

Notes for international travelers:

  • If you are not located in the U.S., please check if you’ll need a business visa or ESTA. Even if your country is on the Visa Waiver Program list, you will still require a ESTA to enter the U.S. If so and you would like additional resources, please contact humanresources@workiva.com.
  • International flights booking guidelines:
    • Flights longer than 8 hours, not including layovers, are permitted to book Premium Economy seating dependent on reasonableness and budget constraints with manager approval
    • Flights longer than 12 hours, not including layovers, are permitted to book Business Class seating dependent on reasonableness and budget constraints with manager approval
  • If you are traveling outside of your home country for this event and have not yet registered for Workiva’s global traveler health insurance, please do so before your trip and have your card in your travel materials. This will ensure you are able to more easily access medical care if needed outside of your home country.

Please follow all WLife guidelines. For this event, rental cars will not be reimbursed. If you have specific questions, please reach out to your manager or globalevents@events.workiva.com.

On your expense report, your Workiva Fuze expenses should be entered as follows:

  • Business Purpose: Workiva Fuze
  • Workiva Fuze Class: Event - Workiva Fuze

We welcome you to wear what you would to any Workiva office. The air temperature in event venues can vary, so we recommend dressing in layers. The average high for Las Vegas in January is 59F (15C) degrees and the average low is 40F (4C) degrees. Be sure to pack accordingly for venturing out of the hotel.

Fuze is designed as an in-person event to maximize the educational impact and drive greater team collaboration. We encourage all those invited to attend in person. However, for those who are unable to attend, a live-stream of the general sessions will be available on Connect during the event and on-demand after the event.
