Yes! This is a trip for two. Be sure to confirm during registration that you'll be bringing a guest and include their information.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older.
Additional guests are not permitted.

USANA will book economy flights for you and your guest to best manage any airline delays or cancellations. Check your email for your flight reservation details sent from our travel coordinators. Please respond to confirm your flight as soon as possible.
Flights must be booked by USANA by January 31, 2025. If flights are not booked by January 31, 2025, the Associate is responsible for paying the difference if there is an increase in flight prices.
- Reimbursement will be the amount of the flight prior to January 31, 2025.
Any extensions or upgrade costs are the responsibility of the Associate.
USANA covers airfare for the date of the event from the Associate's market country. If you plan on extending your trip or flying from outside of your market, you are responsible for any additional airfare associated with your travel plans.
Attendees must have all necessary documentation prior to booking the flight. This includes a valid passport and Visa if necessary.

On day 4 of your incentive, you will travel into Botswana for the safari excursion in Chobe National Park. Botswana visa requirements are based on your nationality. Tourists that require a visa for Botswana must apply for a single-entry visa to participate in the day trip. If required, visa should be obtained in advance from a Botswana embassy or consulate or online through the Botswana eVisa system.

Those requesting to stay at the Radisson Blue Hotel three days before or three days after the event will receive USANA's discounted rate of $315.65 USD plus taxes and fees. If you extend your stay more than three days before or after the event, you’ll pay the hotel daily rate.
During registration, let us know if you’ll be extending your stay and include your arrival and departure dates. USANA will help arrange the extra nights and reach out via email to confirm availability. Please note this is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Additional hotel room nights will be paid at hotel check in.
If you request to extend your stay at Radisson Blu Hotel through USANA and do not use the additional nights, you are still responsible for the cost.

Yes, the USANA Events team will coordinate your transfers to and from the Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula International Airport on 2 May and 7 May. If you choose to arrive early or stay later, you'll be responsible to coordinate your transfer to and from the hotel.

Clothing and packing recommendations will be emailed to attendees six weeks prior to the event.
