This in-depth course is designed for anyone new or needing a refresher on how food moves across the U.S. foodservice supply chain and how the overall marketplace is structured. You’ll learn how the industry works, hear perspectives directly from operators, and participate in group discussions. A personal certificate of completion is awarded at the end of the course.

A deep dive into foodservice definitions and structure
Basics of the foodservice value chain
A focus on restaurant segments
The role of retail foodservice and on-site categories
